- 175g Self-raising flour
- 25g Cocoa
- 1tsp Baking powder
- 200g Softened butter
- 200g Sugar
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Orange zest and juice, plus 2 oranges, sliced
- 1tbsp Golden syrup

1Preheat an oven to 165°C fan assisted / 185°C / Gas Mark 5

2Place the flour, cocoa, baking powder, butter, sugar, eggs, orange juice, orange zest and golden syrup in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.

3Arrange the sliced oranges around the inside of the 3-ply Stainless Steel 20cm Chef’s Pan.

4Pour the smooth cake mixture into the pan and place in the oven to bake for 60 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.

5Leave the pudding for 5 minutes and invert onto a plate.

6Serve warm with fresh cream.
