1.1 Who we are. This Website is operated by Le Creuset U.K Limited, Branch registration number 905490. Our registered office is located at Unit 7, Kildare Village, Nurney Road, Kildare, County Kildare, Ireland (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Le Creuset”).

1.3 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
1.4 "Consumer" means the natural person, who is acting for purposes which are outside his business, trade or profession.
1.5 "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

2.1 By placing an order on our Website it shall be regarded as an offer to purchase products under these terms and conditions.
2.2 After you place an order, you may receive an e-mail from us to acknowledge that we have received your order with a summary of the products selected, the delivery details provided and payment method. Please note that receipt of this email does not mean that your order has been accepted by us.
2.3 Your order is accepted and a contract is created between you and us when we have dispatched the products which you ordered and Le Creuset have sent a confirmation of dispatch email to you.
2.4 All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of the product. If we are unable to supply you with a product(s), due to an error (for example the product is no longer in stock or available or a description error on our Website), we will inform you that your order has been rejected and will not be processed. If you have already paid for the order, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
2.5 The products sold by Le Creuset on this Website are not for resale. If you are a professional who intends to purchase for resale please contact as at www.lecreuset.ie/en_IE/contactus
3.1 We take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate; thus we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the product description. This does not affect your consumer rights.
3.2 Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
3.4 Stock availability. Stock availability will be shown on the Web Site, and whilst while we endeavour to ensure products are always available, there may be times when products will be temporarily out of stock. In these instances there is an option that can be selected, and you emailed when the product is back in stock.
4.1 Prices include VAT but not delivery costs. All prices as displayed on our Website, except in the case of error, will be in euros and are inclusive of the VAT, at the prevailing rate, but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
4.2 What happens if we get the price wrong. Despite our best efforts, it is always possible that a pricing error on our Website may occur. If the product you ordered was incorrectly priced, we will normally, at our discretion, either (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or (ii) cancel the order, or (iii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection. Orders will not be accepted if there is a pricing error.
4.3 Price changes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price, but changes will not affect your order, it being understood that the price of the product is the price on the day of the order.
4.4. When you must pay and how you must pay. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order (except where we state otherwise in this section 4.4 below). All transactions will be in Euro. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. We will not charge your payment card until we dispatch your order.
Credit and debit cards. We accept payment with the following Irish issued credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express, Switch/Maestro debit cards and Visa Electron cards.
ApplePay. We also accept payment via ApplePay. Any order placed using ApplePay will be processed using your default ApplePay payment card set up.
GooglePay. We also accept payment via GooglePay.
Gift Card. We also accept payment via Gift Card. Gift Cards bought only in store in the Kildare store can be redeemed at checkout on www.lecreuset.ie. This can be towards your order or to cover full payment. At this time Gift Cards are unable to be purchased online.
4.5 Maximum spend. The maximum spend per transaction is €2,000.
4.6 Cash/ cheque. We do not accept cash or cheques for online payments.
5.1 Delivery information and costs. Orders from the IE website can only be delivered addresses in the Republic of Ireland ("Territory"). Delivery fees are calculated according to the products, the total amount of the order and the delivery service chosen. Standard Delivery is charged as calculated on the web site. Standard delivery is within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. Every effort will be made to meet these delivery timescales, but this cannot be guaranteed in some parts of the Territory. If the first attempt at home delivery fails, our carrier delivers the package to a relay point, which is available to you for a period of 10 business days. We recommend to download the free application from UPS in order to follow the parcel.
5.2 Le Creuset operates a standard product pricing policy in the Territory, meaning that customers are charged the same prices irrespective of where they live. We believe that price integrity within any currency zone is important.
5.3 Delay in Delivery.If our supply of the products is delayed for any reason, then we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event of a delay of more than 30 days from your order, you may end the contract. In this case, we undertake to refund you within 14 days.
5.4 When you become responsible for the product.Ownership of the product will pass to you once (i) we have received payment in full and (ii) the product is dispatched. We may recover or decline to dispatch to you any products ordered by you at any time, prior to ownership passing, in the case of your breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or negligence. Risk in the product will pass to you when the product is delivered to you or to a designated third person or when a carrier organised by you collected it from us.
5.5 ReservationsIn case of delivery of an obviously damaged or non-conforming package (i.e. opened package), and this despite of the care given not only to the packaging but also in the choice of the carrier, you can (i) refuse the delivery and indicate the reason on the delivery note or (ii) accept the delivery but indicate your reservations on the delivery note and do not sign it. In any case, you must notify the carrier and Le Creuset Ireland of the reservations.
6.1 Your right to withdrawal. We want to guarantee the total satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with the item ordered and you are a consumer in the UK or European Economic Area (“EEA”), you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (except for any products made to your specification or personalised), without giving reasons, at any time, up to thirty (30) calendar days, starting from the day after we have delivered the product (withdrawal period). Delivery is when you or a nominated person enter in physical possession of the product. In the event your order is split into several deliveries over different days: you have until 30 calendar days starting from the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the last product ordered under the order you want to cancel. In the event you have purchased a set or bundle of items the withdrawal right can be applied to the whole set and not the single item of set.
6.2 How do I exercise my right of withdrawal. If you are contracting as a consumer to cancel the order without any liability to us, you must contact us within thirty (30) calendar days starting from the day after we have delivered the product, on:

with a clear statement of your decision to terminate the sale contract. To respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period for exercising this right.
6.3 How do I return the product If you cancel your order, you must return the entire product unused and undamaged, in the original product packaging including the accessories, care and use booklet and all labels, within thirty (30) calendar days of notifying us of your decision to cancel the contract to Le Creuset Unit 7, Kildare Village, Nurney Road, Kildare, County Kildare, Ireland.
6.4 When will I receive my refund? We will refund the price paid for your product, including the delivery fee, -except for any additional costs resulting from the purchaser's choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery offered by Le Creuset in the purchase process-within thirty calendar (30) days from the date you informed us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods. We will refund you using the same payment method as for the original order.
6.5 The cost of delivery of returning the product to us will not be refunded, this will be paid by you.
6.6 We reserve the right to refuse to accept the returned product or to refund the purchase price paid if the product is not returned as required above in clause 6.
7.1 What happens if you receive the wrong order or the product is damaged on receipt of delivery? You can contact us by telephoning our Customer Service team on the Irish Freephone line 045 499 172, open from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. It is possible to reach our services directly from the website form available at this address: /www.lecreuset.ie/en_IE/contactus. We will then establish the reason for the return and send you an email including your related case number and if appropriate the return procedure and address information.
8.1 How do I return the product If we have requested the product to be returned, you must return the entire product -undamaged in the event you received the wrong order- in the original product packaging including accessories, the care and use booklet and all labels. .
8.2 We also cannot be held responsible for packages that are not returned to us, so we recommend that you use a traceable and insured service to return products to us.
8.3 Will I receive a refund? If we find that the product is not as ordered or is damaged, we will refund the price paid for your product as well as your actual costs incurred for delivery of the product to us (provided they are reasonable) to the method of payment you used. If the reason for the return is not due to a product which is not as ordered or which is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the returned product or and/or refuse to refund the purchase price paid. .
9.1 Most Le Creuset products come with a commercial warranty which is in addition to your legal statutory rights as a consumer. In summary, the warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product. For full details of the guarantee period per product range, please see our ‘Warranty’ page Guarantee.

You can also attach photos and/or videos. It is important to keep your receipt /invoice as it will be asked to you.
11.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect losses you may suffer, including any loss of profit, income or anticipated savings as a result of our failure to comply with these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way that would be unlawful to do so, including for death or person injury caused by our negligence. We are not liable for any business losses. If products purchased from the Website are for commercial or business purposes, we have no liability to you for any losses including any loss profit, income or revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, data, time or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
11.2 These terms and conditions constitute the entire terms on which we will provide products to you and cancel and supersedes all prior arrangements and representations, whether verbal or written.
11.3 No delay or failure by us in exercising or enforcing any of our rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver of those rights.
11.4 If any one or more of the provisions of these terms and conditions should be held by any court to be unenforceable, such provision shall be validly restated to as nearly as possible approximate the intent of the clause and, if such clause cannot be restated for any reason, shall be severable from these terms and deleted.
11.5 You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to any person without our prior written consent. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these terms whether. All notices given by you to us must be sent to our registered address at Unit 7, Kildare Village, Nurney Road, Kildare, County Kildare, Ireland. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when placing an order.
11.6 11.6 We do not sell to minors. If you are under 18 years old you cannot buy on-line Le Creuset products unless you are supervised by your parents or other adults with responsibility for you.
12.1 Online dispute resolution Disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12.2 All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of products from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to Irish law and the Ireland court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all such matters.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring safe and secure online shopping. We use your personal data to complete your online purchase of the product and providing additional services (after-sale services, the prevention of fraud, the management of returns). Only with your consent, we may also process your personal data to send you personalized marketing communications. - PRODUCT REVIEW In case you have purchased one of our products, we may send an email asking for your products’ review. - WHATSAPP FOR BUSINESS Some of our physical stores use WhatsApp for Business with customers which request so, just in order to provide support and send information about our products. This channel is not aimed to perform the sale of our products.
