- 5 - 6 bananas - sliced and frozen overnight
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon chopped peanuts (optional)

1Line a Stoneware Heritage Dish with grease-proof paper.

2Gently melt the peanut butter and maple syrup in the microwave to soften and create a more liquid consistency. Allow to cool slightly.

3Place frozen bananas into a blender and blend until mixture reaches a creamy consistency.

4Gently stir peanut butter mixture and chopped peanuts into banana ice cream.

5Serve immediately or spoon into the prepared dish and freeze until needed. Remove ice cream from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
