Asian Papaya Pear Slaw
Served with our Korean inspired BBQ dish Beef Bulgogi, our delicous fresh pear slaw is the perfect crunchy side dish.

  • 200 g finely sliced red cabbage
  • ¼ pear, chopped
  • 1 small papaya, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 3 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, cut into fine slices
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
Chili dip
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sour cream or Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp gochuchang, Korean chilli paste

    Prepare the beef bulgogi according to the recipe.

    Towards the end of the marinating time, arrange all the cabbage salad ingredients in a large bowl or several small bowls, drizzle with lime juice and chill.

    For the chilli dip, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice and chilli paste in a small bowl.

    Brown the prepared meat and serve with the Asian Papaya Pear Slaw and the chili dip.
