  • 150g buffalo mozzarella, in small slices

  • Some freshly chopped basil leaves
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Olive oil
  • 8 anchovy fillets or alternatively 1 tin of sardines in olive oil (approx. 85 g drained weight)
  • Some caper apples
PIZZA QUATTRO FORMAGGI
  • Quantities according to taste, but at least 50 g of each type of cheese for 3-4 pizzas
  • Parmesan
  • Mozzarella
  • Provolone
  • Mild gorgonzola
  • Freshly ground black pepper

    Turn the pizza dough in the pan and spread the tomato sauce on the dough. Add the capers and spread the anchovies on top.
