- 800g Chicken drumsticks and thighs
 - 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
 - 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
 - 1 tsp browning
 - 1 tsp pimento
 - 5 garlic cloves
 - 2 spring onions
 - 1 green bell pepper
 - 1 onion
 - Handful fresh thyme
 - 1 scotch bonnet
 - 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Method
 - 
                                1Season your chicken pieces with all purpose seasoning, chicken seasoning, browning, pimento, minced garlic, diced spring onions, a sliced bell pepper and onion. Leave to marinate overnight, or for at least 30 minutes. Grind your spices in a pestle and mortar if necessary.

                                2Sear your chicken on both sides, until golden brown. Cook in batches, avoid overcrowding the pan.
 - 
                                3Add all your vegetables from the marinade into the pan. As well as thyme and a scotch bonnet. Cook on low for 15 minutes, with a lid on to allow the chicken and vegetables to steam.

                                4Cover your chicken with boiling water or chicken stock, add a tablespoon of ketchup. Cover, cook on low for an hour or until the chicken is fall off the bone tender.

                                5Season to taste.
