Le Creuset will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is kept secure, only used for the purposes set forth in this privacy notice (and not for any other purposes), and it can be accessed or corrected upon your request. We use organisational, technical and administrative security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal data. Whilst we cannot guarantee any of these events will never occur, we use all reasonable efforts to prevent it.
Where - To provide you with the services described above, your data may be processed or stored both in and outside your country of residence and both in and outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Given the global nature of Le Creuset programs, some of the affiliated companies and partners of Le Creuset that act as processors may access your personal information and may be established in countries outside your country of residence or in countries outside the EEA.
