If you consent to receive marketing communications from us you will become part of Le Creuset group consumer database, that is managed, as joint-data controller, by Le Creuset UK and Le Creuset Group AG, with registered office in Neuhofstrasse 4 , Baar, Zugo, 6340 Switzerland (which appointed as representative in the EU Le Creuset SL, VAT number B62153630, with offices in Paseo de Gracia 9, 2º, 08007 Barcelona, Spain), based on a joint-controllership agreement essentially providing (a) Le Creuset Group AG in charge with the general strategy governing marketing and personalised customer experience; (b) local Le Creuset entities benefiting and implementing said strategy, as well as independently developing marketing communications/initiatives locally (within a specific country); (c) both joint-controllers required to deal with your data subject’s rights requests.

- TO CREATE A LE CREUSET ACCOUNT We will use your data to create a Le Creuset account which will give you access to a series of advantages dedicated to registered users, to better enjoy our services, such as faster checkout, save multiple shipping addresses, view and track orders, receive special coupons and discounts. Any processing activity is required to enable us to provide these services to you as a Le Creuset account holder.

Le Creuset will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is kept secure, only used for the purposes set forth in this privacy notice (and not for any other purposes), and it can be accessed or corrected upon your request. We use organisational, technical and administrative security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal data. Whilst we cannot guarantee any of these events will never occur, we use all reasonable efforts to prevent it.
Where - To provide you with the services described above, your data may be processed or stored both in and outside your country of residence and both in and outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
